Welcome to KAHN

Kansas Association of Hostage Negotiators (KAHN) is a professional organization formed in 2001 with the focus of training and networking for Kansas crisis negotiators. We provide crisis negotiation training to law enforcement agencies and other organizations. Our goal is to improve the skills of crisis negotiators and promote the use of crisis negotiation as a peaceful resolution to conflicts.

2025 KAHN Kansas Cup Challenge

Get your team signed up for our 2nd Annual Kanas Cup Negotiator's Challenge before spots fill up! Compete for the pictured traveling trophy and bragging rights 'til next year!

This competition will be held August 1, 2025 at Olathe West High School in Olathe, Kansas. Early registration is encouraged as there is a maximum of ten teams allowed to compete!

Don't have enough team members to compete? No problem! You can sign up for an ad-hoc, multi-agency team!
